India has 700 million smartphone users, 13 million kirana stores, a 5,000-year tradition of Vedic astrology, and one of the world's fastest-growing wellness markets. And yet — the software built to serve these needs is either made in San Francisco, priced for Silicon Valley, or so bloated it never gets opened a second time.
The kirana owner in Nagpur is still doing stock on a torn notebook. The working professional in Pune is tracking calories in a spreadsheet. The family in Chennai is consulting a Jyotish because no app goes deep enough. The household in Bengaluru is still calling a plumber who may or may not show up.

Our Approach
At Kogniti Labs, we don't start with technology. We start with a person — a real Indian person with a real Indian problem. We watch how they work, what they struggle with, and where existing software fails them. Then we build from scratch, in India, for India.
Every feature we ship, every pricing decision we make, every language we support — it all begins with one question: does this actually work for the Indian user?
